Here are the full Details:

  • CAR SELECTION: You can select any Cars as per List, and your cars will be attached with Companies on monthly Rented basis. You may also opt for multiple Car attachment options.
  • PARTNERSHIP FEE & SECURITY DEPOSIT: After selecting the Car Model, to confirm your partnership, you are required to submit a refundable security deposit of ₹55,000/- to the company's account as part of the Partnership Agreement process. This amount covers the completion of the Car Attachment Partnership Agreement, and other necessary paper works completion with Government Organizations where your Car will be rented. If you choose for multiple Car Attachment, the Partnership fee of ₹55,000/- must be paid separately for each Car attachment. For example, if you opt for 2 Car Attachment, you will need to pay ₹55,000 + ₹55,000.
  • CONTRACT DURATION: The agreement will be valid for a period of 5 years; however, either party may withdraw by providing a 6-month prior notice to the other party. The Partnership fee will be refunded, subject to the clearance of all outstanding dues.
  • MONTHLY EARNING: Starting from ₹55,000, going up to ₹1,00,000 based on the model and usage requirements. Company will charge 5% from Earning. Here are the full lists with Car Model Name, Rent & Profit Sharing:

  • GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION DETAILS: Shriram Transport is offering cars on rent for a five-year contract period to the following Central Government Organizations for now:
      • Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC)
      • Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL)
      • Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL)
      • Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL)
      • Coal India Limited (CIL)
      • Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL)
      • National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC)
      • Election Commission of India (ECI)
      • Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO)
      • Defence Electronics Research Laboratory (DRDO)
      • National Highway Authority of India (NHAI)
      • State Bank of India (SBI)
  • PAYMENT SETTLEMENT: On the 1st of every month, your payment will be credited to your account from Shriram Transport. The company will deduct its 5% share before processing, and the remaining amount will be transferred directly to your account as per the agreed terms
  • CAR MAINTENANCE: The car attached with the organization will be maintained by the Organization at their own cost. Also the responsibility for keeping the car safe while it is engaged with the organization shall lie with the organization, ensuring proper use and protection during the period of attachment
  • DRIVER DUTY: The Car Owner shall have no responsibility or duty in arranging drivers for the attached cars. The complete responsibility for appointing, managing, and providing drivers lies solely with the Organization, and the Owner shall not be held liable in any matter related to driver arrangements
  • AGREEMENT PROCESS- To finalize the Attachment Partnership, you are required to visit our head office. After the visit, the agreement will be provided to you upon completion of the Deposit. If you make a partial payment, a provisional agreement will be issued on the company letterhead along with a payment receipt. You will be given one week to complete the remaining payment and to sign the original notary agreement. If you pay the full amount at once, you will be issued a Notarized Agreement on ₹100 Stamp Paper along with an official payment receipt. The Car Attachment process will only begin after the full payment has been received. The service will commence within 90 days from the date of full payment. During this time, you are required to make your ready for handover. If you are unable to visit the office in person, you can also complete the agreement process online by making the payment digitally. In that case, the agreement will be sent to you as a PDF and also couriered to your address.
